Yarningham is a 2 day yarn festival produced by Stitches and Hos.  This year for 2022 we have put together a two day celebration full of yarn and stitch activities for you all to take part in.    You can find out more about our programme here.

Where is Yarningham?

What are the opening times?

Our general programme of activities are open on Saturday 9 July from 11am - 5pm and Sunday 10 July from 11am - 4pm

How much are tickets?

General Tickets cost £12.50 (+ booking fee).  Under 16’s are free.  Complimentary tickets for carers of disabled visitors available.

How do I buy a General Ticket?

We use 3rd party ticket seller We Got Tickets for advance ticket sales. You can buy them here. Tickets have a timed entry with morning and afternoon entry.  This is to help with the flow around the venue but you are welcome to stay as long as you like  There is no charge for a carer accompanying a disabled visitor.  Please add a complimentary carer ticket to your order on the We Got Tickets site.

Will tickets be available on the door?

Yes, tickets will be available on the door.  However, priority for entry will be given to those who have bought advanced tickets.  If you pay on the door you may have to wait to enter the venue.

Can I get to the venue on public transport?

Birmingham has good public transport links across the city.  We encourage all of visitors to Yarningham to use public transport if they can.    By train The nearest stations to Uffculme Centre are Birmingham New Street (BHM) and Birmingham Moor Street (BMO).  Uffculme Centre is approx. 3 miles from Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Moor Street.    By bus National Express West Midlands services 50, 35, 11, 76 and 27 all stop within minutes walk of Uffculme Centre. Is there parking?  Is there disabled parking?

There is free parking available at Uffculme Centre.  There is also on street parking in the surrounding area. Please park considerately when visiting Yarningham.    There are 5 disabled parking spaces in the car park at Uffculme Centre. What is the catering like?

Uffculme Centre has an onsite café.  They serve light meals, sandwiches, hot and cold drinks and snacks. All profits from Uffculme Café go directly back to the NHS.    There will also be a dedicated cake stand in the marquee serving delicious homemade cakes.    There are also lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in Kings Heath and Moseley, both of which are a short (15mins) walk from venue.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are not permitted inside the venue.  Assistance dogs are permitted
