Birmingham born crochet designer Gurinder runs Yay For Crochet. Yay for Crochet specialises in fun and bright patterns for kids (and kids at heart) as well as teaching people how to crochet. Her patterns have appeared in Inside Crochet, Crochet Now and Your Crochet and Knitting magazines.
Gurinder’s mum taught her to crochet when she was 7 years old and when she had her own children she got her crojo back began creating silly hats, blankets and amigurumi for them.
Gurinder’s debut book “Beanies and Booties for Beautiful Babies” will be released by Bloomsbury in 2022.
Gurinder will be designing a crochet pattern for Yarn + Stitch magazine if our Kickstarter campaign is successful.
